There are some great employees that work here and work hard for SB.
Cons
Being bullied by a Sr. VP only to find out SB listened to her in the end even with all of my hard evidence (written backup/notes taken at time of incident) given. I find that very disheartening and stomach turning after ALL I did for them. I even took it all the way to legal... I've had a year to think about posting this and whether it was worth it or not. I believe it is so as to give everyone out there a good look into the heart of SB. Employees are not appreciated for ALL of their hard work. SB is in it for the money and money alone without regard to its employees and their hard work behind the scenes. They are only concerned with the numbers no matter they say to you in a group meeting or 1:1.
