Pros
I love the regulars and the relationships I've been able to build over the past three years. The training is actually pretty on par with the basics I learned at school, it's just a matter of the manager ensuring their employees follow it and also up to the employees to learn it. Really flexible. Free products most months. Even part time people can get vacation time.
Cons
Manager's never really have a sense of direction, corporate is a mess. One minute you'll set a sale and later that day they'll cancel it. Warehouse is also a mess, a lot of getting what you don't need vs, What you've been out of for weeks and customers are growing frustrated. Constantly taking away hours. Your job is dangled over your head at times because they assume you don't want to do your job as opposed to someone just not being easy to build a sale with. Anything tech like systems, ipads, internet, apps, nothing works right. All around pretty shady.
