Pros
I was blessed with finding my store and crew. Everyone's on the same page, everyone has mutual respect, professionalism, lots of support and care from my team and manager. I honestly look forward to coming into work these days. Really good people are out there, just give it time and know YOUR worth.
Cons
The pay is insulting. I also feel like store managers need to be appreciated more, ya know, the ones that actually care. I lucked out, I really did. I can sense that there is a lot of greed and hounding from upper mgmt and beyond, I've listened to the way they talk about associates and such. Show that you really care about the smaller fry, give real incentives, a liveable wage for starters, get in touch with reality and support the front line more.
