Technology could use an update. Opportunity with external theft in some locations & stores need more security. Need more inventory. Not enough investment in training hours - we have amazing tools & trainers, this will help retention. Recognition has increased but company needs to recognize tenure/anniversaries, top performing store managers, samples & gratis could be better.
