Pros

The discount is like 30% and dress code is lax. I love the customers too and I feel like I have a teaching job without having to do the extra 400 hours to get the teaching license

Cons

Low staffing, and everyone is understaffed under organized under paid and over worked, the only reason why I'm still here is because I like my employees and want to be able to give them what they need. The wages here are offensive 15 (as low as 14) dollars is not management wage. Most of the time programs don't work, passwords are not easily accessible. We have deadline but half the time they don't send you what you need to complete a project until after the deadline. If you're the manager here you will never have a day off. One of my employees just worked a ten day work week because it was just me and them. They have a "don't discuss wages" policy which breaks Nlrb, and time in a half for over time is not given half the time. Shipments are always late, and nobody is a professional here. And I don't mean like a licenced cosmetologist there are many, I mean nobody acts like they're doing their jobs. District meetings are always cancelled, and getting info is the hardest thing. My training meeting never happened and I wasn't notified that it was cancelled or anything. We're only allowed to hire up to 4 people per store. Days are long and you work alone half the time due to company hours. They don't give you enough hours to schedule more than 2 people per day

Pros

My store manager and team were wonderful! If you make the right moves you can move up the ladder reasonably quickly,

Cons

You can move up the ladder quickly because turnover is so high. Management will lie to you and tell you whatever you want to hear to keep you from leaving. Your experience is entirely dependent on who your store manager is and if they are willing to advocate for you. District management does not care about employees.
