Pros
Fun to work with hair and beauty, with nice regular customers. Can take a lunch break when you want, not really a schedule to your day which is nice because you can sort of do what you want to do that day.
Cons
Bad management. 20% discount but anybody can get 20% off on VAT free day. Not enough training provided and was expected to reach unrealistic targets selling magazines that nobody wants to buy. Rota was always changed at the last minute. Not very good incentives and not very good pay unless you completed the hair or beauty training which I did and was there for over a year but was never signed off because they couldn't be bothered so never got the higher rate of pay.
