Great people, great snacks, lots of learning

The workload could be better distributed

-Most of the AEs you work with are great -A main player in the PIM space, strategic outbounding can be successful

-No career development. BDRs get zero visibility into any side of the business. The only path for internal growth is for a Mid Market AE role, which only opens once every few years (when someone voluntarily leaves) -They've almost fully migrated the BDR team to Portugal, which is concerning given how much of the prospects/customer base is located in the US. Unsure what the plan is for the team in the States -Salary is subpar compared to other tech companies
