      * Very peer friendly and respectful culture * Summer Flex Fridays and Unplug Days * Product seems well established and reputated amongst competitors * From all I can assess it seems like a viable stable company

      Cons

      * Ongoing potential IPO/Sale conversation that apparently has been so over the years now but no-one really thinks that's going to happen. Is like an elephant in the room * There isn't a great deal on ambition and vision to make the product and the company give a meaningful next step in terms of quality * Career progression is not very meaningful both in terms of path and salary

      Pros

      -Most of the AEs you work with are great -A main player in the PIM space, strategic outbounding can be successful

      Cons

      -No career development. BDRs get zero visibility into any side of the business. The only path for internal growth is for a Mid Market AE role, which only opens once every few years (when someone voluntarily leaves) -They've almost fully migrated the BDR team to Portugal, which is concerning given how much of the prospects/customer base is located in the US. Unsure what the plan is for the team in the States -Salary is subpar compared to other tech companies
