Pros
My time at Salsify has been extremely positive. I have learned a tremendous amount, had great managers, been promoted multiple times and feel valued when I come into the office. It has been a great job and I look forward to having a long career here. Some other specific reasons why I like working at Salsify:
1) I really enjoy the people I work with, there is some seriously great talent at Salsify
2) Excellent leadership who value transparency
3) Awesome product. We have great product/market fit, with a very strong engineering team that continuously is striving to innovate and push the envelope
Cons
Every company has room for improvement. Salsify is experiencing tremendous growth and doing all of the big things right. Anything I put here would be knit-picky at best.
