We do have a strong referral program at Salsify because we trust that our current employees will bring in the best people in their network to come work alongside us. That being said, we fully understand the value that people with different experiences and backgrounds bring to the table. Our people experience team actively recruits prospective employees from a host of different sources, so that we find the most talented people possible.
