      - Good work life balance - Good management who genuinely cares about their employee growth and personal wellbeing. - Positive employee culture. - CEO is actively involved in the community and tries to connect with employees one on one. - Generally good internal communications - Open to new ideas and change. If you have an idea and you want to own it, go for it!

      Cons

      - Lack of understanding around growth and compensation - No formal performance review process - Very complex product ...not a con, just a challenge. - No 401k match
