Pros
Salsify has one of the best Training platforms for new employees (Shout-out Kevin Carney + Alex Mexicotte the countless other leaders that have participated in onboarding). They are organized and have so many resources available to you that it's overwhelmingly refreshing to know you can go "here" or "there" for answers to any question. They have a very open door policy where anyone can ask anyone for help when it's needed + helping you progress opportunities is the name of the game. My Manager rocks - very supportive, there when needed and always willing to get their hands dirty. Great compensation, insurance policies, inclusive DEI environment and overall great leadership.
Cons
So much information to learn, that if you have trouble digesting the info and fall behind, you will have a lot of ground to makeup. Come in ready to open your brain to all of the data/stats/stories and learn learn learn. Retailer network is small compared to our biggest competitor, but our Retail team is working on building that up to stand strong against.
