Pros

We've seen a lot of ups and downs. Some good people come and go. And some bad people come and go. From a sales perspective, we have some really good people. Good sales reps and *some* really good managers. Enterprise is seemingly having the most success, which I think is a reflection of the tenure of those teams and people who actually know what they're doing. With the new CRO, things are starting to look more promising. And sales is getting the recognition it has deserved for a long time.

Cons

The job is not always easy and comes with ups and downs, which I think this is starting to be more widely recognized across the org. It's hard to move up stream from mid-market to join the enterprise or strategic teams. They could be more competitive with comp packages too.
