While you're correct in that we don't currently have a company-wide annual bonus structure, we do offer bonus or commission structures to those in revenue-generating roles and those in leadership positions who are responsible for Salsify's achievement of our strategy. With respect to salaries, review our compensation structures annually to ensure we're competitive with the market. When we get signal that our salaries are falling behind the market, we are proactive in making adjustments.
