Pros
Good friendly environment lots of nice people. Subsidized bus/train passes. Reduced cost on childcare and a membership if you were an employee. There are always more hours doing different things, they have programs all year that they need extra help for. You get a raise after working for them for a full year
Cons
Not the most competitive pay. You have to work hard and do most things yourself since there aren't a lot of people working there. If you don't get along with the other employees you wouldn't enjoy working there since it is a small space because you run into other employees often.
