      Good people to work with

      Cons

      The only people who get paid what they deserve are the people the plant manager likes on a personal level. How hard you work at Carbis is irrelevant because you do not get paid based on your work ethic. They do not value their employees nor do they care to hear any input you may have regarding production. The dogs are provided with heat and air yet the employees are not.

      Pros

      Shop employees get 8 hours over time every week.

      Cons

      Toxic environment. Everyone is scared of the owner. Turn over is awful. If you not in the click you will never go anywhere. You can do 100 things right and never get praised but you do one thing wrong and you get fussed at. You are just a number there.
