      Owners don't care about the employees only about the future and well being of their family. They will work you to death and when you have no more to give they ask for more. Most people that are in management positions have no business being there. They have no clue how to manage and only got there b/c they buddied up to the owners. No time for your own family b/c you are too busy making theirs rich.

      Pros

      Shop employees get 8 hours over time every week.

      Cons

      Toxic environment. Everyone is scared of the owner. Turn over is awful. If you not in the click you will never go anywhere. You can do 100 things right and never get praised but you do one thing wrong and you get fussed at. You are just a number there.
