      Family owned, and if you're not tight with the family, or do something to anger a family member, you can lose your job. Not always fair to the employee

      Pros

      Shop employees get 8 hours over time every week.

      Cons

      Toxic environment. Everyone is scared of the owner. Turn over is awful. If you not in the click you will never go anywhere. You can do 100 things right and never get praised but you do one thing wrong and you get fussed at. You are just a number there.
