Pros
I haven't worked at Carbis for a very long time. I was there at the beginning where we were setting a direction for the company. Sam was very accommodating in every request that was made from the sales department to help fuel the growth. I have nothing but admiration for Carbis for helping me grow and mature. I am know in a completely different field, but still speak about my experience with the company.
Cons
I wish I was able to handle my emotions better and realize that not every personality will get alone. There will always be management dialogue, keep it positive.
