Pros
You can do homework while at work (sometimes), (most) professors care for you as an individual and for the success of you as a student/professional
Cons
While it's nice to have a lot of time off, it's rather difficult because you do not get as many hours as you would other places. Sometimes it's tough, as well, having everything (school/work) be within the hours of 8-5. Along with that, sometimes you have to deal with crazy people (like normal jobs).
