Stay away - Administrative Support Sam Houston State Employee Review

SHSU is the worst place I've ever worked. The managers are toxic, HR does nothing about it, in fact they have multiple policies in place to prevent employees from bringing grievances against their management; including but not limited to 10 day statute of limitations, a forced confrontation with said abusive supervisor, and a general attitude of "management can do what they want." People have been sent to the hospital with stress related illnesses by supervisors at SHSU and NOTHING is done about ANY of it. The biggest mistake of my life was taking a job here.
