Pros
Good insurance and benefits and the admin of benefits are very professional. Beautiful campus on small pretty town with easy access to big city amenities and international airport
Cons
Rigid administration focused on budget and not quality of academic experience, too many "power couples" employed constrains growth of employees - some long time employees have major issues but are protected. They damage the culture of the university. Poor decision making when choosing deans and chairs has also limited the potential of the college. Poor pay and promotion not linked to performance but " who you drink with"
