Leadership is atrocious. Especially in Enrollment Management or whatever they have rebranded the name to be. Self-proclaimed to be 'data-centered' which takes the form of being more about the numbers than the students. Leadership has reverted to cutting personnel and ignoring people who know what they are talking about in search for some legacy to leave behind. There is a new president but leadership underneath them has not changed. If you go here, I would avoid anything under Enrollment Management unless you like toxic work environments. As other reviews have said, leadership is extraordinarily toxic here.
