Navigating our internal systems is already chaotic. You will find yourself wasting hours of your life just to execute small add-on orders. I have worked at several companies that use Salesforce but I have never experienced anything as crazy as Samsara's version. There is way too much going on and getting constant errors is something you just learn to live with here. In addition to this you have an internal sales enablement team that does very little to provide us with real world training, but they seem to be great at making us learn more tools, record your phone calls, get new logins, get familiar with new portals and then actually demand that we use them all. This isn't making our lives easier as a sales rep! OMG someone needs to tell them to STOP!
