Pros

Work from home, great base salary

Cons

I joined this company excited about its culture and values, but after a couple of years as a manager, I've seen a concerning shift. What was once an employee-focused company has become increasingly profit-driven at the cost of its workforce. While the base salary and WFH flexibility are definite pros, the overall compensation package is deteriorating. The company has systematically stripped away benefits that once made it a great place to work with the excuse that they "align with market data": 1. The holiday break: eliminated 2. 2 Mental health days: all gone 3. Paid medical leave has been slashed in half 4. Personal expense funds also reduced 5. Meal expenses in some countries reduced 6. Equity grants have been decreased or eliminated for majority of employees and if you take unpaid leave you can't vest  7. The donation matching program has been completely removed (this is very cheap) 8. Sabbatical eliminated for anyone hired after 2020  9. internal education programs gone  10. New hire fund eliminated completely On top of this, the workload has increased significantly, with leadership expecting employees to deliver more with fewer resources. The pressure is especially intense in sales, where managers are quitting at an alarming rate. Despite this, the company seems indifferent to burnout offering no real support while demanding unrealistic performance.  Additionally there's a clear double standard when it comes to:  1. Not paying company bonus at 100% when profits were record and we are doing better than ever  2. Employees expected to give a full too-weeks' notice but if they let you go, you're out the same day with no warning It's disheartening to see a company that once valued its employees, winner of "great place to work" now prioritizing short-term financial gains over long-term retention and morale. If this trend continues, I expect even more turnover. If you are considering joining, be aware that the perks you're promised today may not exists tomorrow and the workload will only continue to grow.

Pros

Innovative product, constantly growing the platform

Cons

Compensation doesn’t feel competitive for the workload and expectations of the role. Frequent annual changes—including territory realignments, account books, verticalization, and quota adjustments—create unnecessary disruption and make it difficult to build long-term customer relationships and pipeline. The company has grown rapidly, but account distribution hasn’t always kept pace with headcount, leaving many reps competing for limited opportunity and making OTE difficult to achieve consistently. The Team Lead role is one of the biggest pain points. Team Leads are expected to operate like frontline managers without the compensation or authority that comes with a management position. They carry a fully ramped quota while also traveling, mentoring new hires, leading office hours, answering rep questions, supporting onboarding, and taking on enablement responsibilities. While these leadership opportunities can be rewarding, they often come at the expense of selling time and make it significantly harder to hit quota.
