Complete lack of professionalism from top to bottom - Management doesn't do what they say: open working environment means that they can spy on everyone more easily and keep more secrets from everyone else; innovation means copy others' designs/ideas; - No career advancement unless you are an obedient manager's pet following every order blindly without questioning - Can't believe anything you hear from the management - Constant threats from the management if you are on working VISA - Management drives away talented, hard-working and capable personnel, keep deceiful, incompetent and manipulative suck-ups - Make up any excuses to can you - Complete lack of technical competence for an engineering firm
