-Management has obvious favorites and no shame on showing. Treat team members unequally EVERY day -Very strong Korean culture and environment, can’t get any worse -There is absolutely no potential for career growth, especially if you aren’t Korean. Also no Salary increases -No work life balance, management never considers your work hours, they’re just desperate for you slave away -Management does not recognize your efforts -Constantly assigned to do duties that absolutely do not belong to your actual job duties Please stay away from this place, would not recommend.
