Pros

It's a great place to contribute to unique innovation, with high potential of you work being literally in the hands of millions. Very interesting projects. Pretty fast development pace, a lot to learn.

Cons

Israeli subsidiary is a "foreign" body to the Korean headquarters, hence the main drawbacks. It's very difficult to get support or get responses from engineers or managers at HQ. You are often kept in the dark regarding your project status, it may be closed without any notice, or you may learn about requirement changes just before (or the day after) deadline. Generally there is a pressure to treat employees in the "Korean" way, meaning: everybody should be willing to work as much as necessary and put long hours to show they devotion to the company; travel abroad and stay there as long an necessary, etc. Local Israeli management may shield you from some of this pressure, or may not -- depends on the group you are in. There is quite a big flow of people leaving the company because of this work environment.

Pros

Healthcare premiums are low, deductible and co pay for HSA is very high. A few very good people

Cons

Get what ever you are “promised” in writing Absolutely no leadership Only company that I have ever worked for that does not have department level P&L. Pay is exceptionally low specifically for the Boston market. Lack of accountability and ownership and no follow up resulting in fire drills and blame game on a daily basis. About half of the staff are contract/temp employees with no path to full time and are promised full time status to lead them on to stay longer. Turn over is probably about 50% which should tell you all you need to know.
