Only company that I have ever worked for that does not have department level P&L.
Pay is exceptionally low specifically for the Boston market.
Lack of accountability and ownership and no follow up resulting in fire drills and blame game on a daily basis.
About half of the staff are contract/temp employees with no path to full time and are promised full time status to lead them on to stay longer.
Turn over is probably about 50% which should tell you all you need to know.
