Pros

The work environment is really good. There are a lot of HR activities.

Cons

No work-life balance. For Koreans, you are a bad employee if you go home before the manager. Technologies are really old. Career paths are not defined. They don't trust their non Korean employees. A lot of burocracy for each process.

Pros

Healthcare premiums are low, deductible and co pay for HSA is very high. A few very good people

Cons

Get what ever you are “promised” in writing Absolutely no leadership Only company that I have ever worked for that does not have department level P&L. Pay is exceptionally low specifically for the Boston market. Lack of accountability and ownership and no follow up resulting in fire drills and blame game on a daily basis. About half of the staff are contract/temp employees with no path to full time and are promised full time status to lead them on to stay longer. Turn over is probably about 50% which should tell you all you need to know.
