Pros

- interesting projects - easy interview process - smart engineers - office location is great

Cons

- small salary - mentors aren't good at mentoring (having problems with formulating what they actually want) - no growth perspective (in terms of salary) - no food at all :( - too much security - laptops are really slow

Pros

Healthcare premiums are low, deductible and co pay for HSA is very high. A few very good people

Cons

Get what ever you are “promised” in writing Absolutely no leadership Only company that I have ever worked for that does not have department level P&L. Pay is exceptionally low specifically for the Boston market. Lack of accountability and ownership and no follow up resulting in fire drills and blame game on a daily basis. About half of the staff are contract/temp employees with no path to full time and are promised full time status to lead them on to stay longer. Turn over is probably about 50% which should tell you all you need to know.
