After hours drinking expected. Demands of managers or their bosses trump any customer request. Expect to drop everything when upper management from Korea visits. If you are not Korean, you will not make much progress. Use this company as a stepping stone. Management changes every year in December, so there is yearly turmoil and disorganization until the new boss settles in.
