Cons
Decent culture but you'll only grow up to a point. After that, you gotta be a Korean to last at the top. A well protected secret is they hire and fire people all the time - every Friday you'll wonder what happened to a colleague who left. Turns out they were fired for no real reason. The company over hires and then fires every single quarter for budget cuts. Samsung products aren't doing that well, the company is sponsoring mega sports events and acting all charitable while ruthlessly firing employees. Shameful to let those with an Exceeds Expectations rating go before even completing one year! Why hire them then if you didn't need them? The HR is incompetent and openly discriminates between friends/old-timers and the new hires.
