Pros
Nothing major. Decent food. Benefits getting worse. HR is helpful, but Finance is a mess -- corrupt, unehtical, lazy, and completely useless.
Cons
Too much instability, lack of vision from the top such as the idiot President YJ Kim, lack of understanding of research, hardware based approach to software, lazy corrupt and unethical Korean culture approach.
