      A great idea, but model can't work with conservative leadership - Product Samsung Next Employee Review

      Pros

      Some change is occurring but it will take many more years. Some smart people have been hired. Pockets of the culture are good but mostly fear-driven.

      Cons

      NEXT is still too tethered to a corporate Korea conservative mindset. Way too much time managing Korea. In order to be innovative, you need innovative leadership and higher toleration for risk.

      Pros

      There is so much to love about working at Samsung Next. Being at the forefront of cutting edge technologies and championing innovative founders are just a few. But without a doubt, the best part is the people. The team is made up of driven, kind and helpful individuals who can make even the most routine tasks enjoyable, all while maintaining a great sense of humor. The management and leadership are truly fantastic - supportive, inspiring, and always eager to help you grow. I can't sing their praises enough. I would recommend Samsung Next in a heartbeat to anyone eager to learn, be surrounded by amazing tech, and join an incredible team.
