> Office Timing rules :- 1. you have to reach office before 10 AM, if not then it will be considered as "Deficiency". 2. you have to complete 8 working and 9 office hours other wise it will be considered "Deficiency". 3. if you reach office after 10 am and before 12 then it will be "Deficiency" otherwise halfday if reached office after 12. 4. if you leave office before 5pm then it will be considered "Deficiency" regardless of first entry time (before 10). 5. if you leave office before 3pm then it will be considered Halfday regardless of first entry time. 6. you have to complete minimum 6 hours to gain deficiency if not then it will be considered Hafday. 7. you have to complete minimum 4 hours to gain Half-day otherwise it will be considered you leave. 8. each time you come late, means not according to above rule, automatic mail will be sent your lead and manager and you need to explain the reasons for that also. 9. and only 2 deficiency allowed in a month. > No R&D pure bug fixing. > Your Manager/Lead will tell you to stay late (means at least 10pm) without any work, why? "if the work come then" and next you will be expected to reach office on time. > You will be forced to come on weekends with/without work. > Office environment is like pressure cooker. > After working for 2 years you will not have any technical expertise. > Each time you leave the office security check will make feel like you a thief. > Your performance will be evaluated on the basis of :- 1. your average working hours during the year, if your working hours are less than 9 then you will not be considered "Reliable" and your rating will be affected. 2. how may leaves you have taken during the year. 3. how may bug you have fixed. > Worst IT and Admin dept. 4. and most important you relation with you manager and lead. > Out of 20 days in a month they have binary release, so you have to fix the bug if that is reported at 8 pm in the night.
