Pros
Salary is fine for fresher level . Coupons which you get are the only relief for buying samsung products . Good if you want to prepare for other companies or higher studies .Foreign trips if you are lucky but that too you wont like going after a time cause work is crap
Cons
Bad Management , Work is crap mostly , Learning is zero (you work for 2 years and you will not be capable to join any other company ), Partiality towards Koreans , No work Life Balance , There are months when you will be working for 14-16 hrs daily. Management sucks bad time . Policies will make you feel like a prisoner
