Pros
1. There are plenty of workplace hacks that will make your life easier here. And I literally mean it! ;) 2. Working with the soon to be launched products! 3. Do cool stuff with Andriod.
Cons
1. Growth is not that sharp here. After four years you might get promoted to a Lead Engineer. 2. Everything starting from your rating to your business trips depend on your Lead. If you have some issues with him/her, then you can safely start looking for new jobs. 3. Work culture is not that good, They can't do efficient management of work. According to their policy, you must reach office by 9AM. But the works start to come only after lunch. Then you are asked to stay late for no reason! 4. HR policies and Compensation are not good either.
