Pros
There are no pros at all.
Cons
Everything you compare with other companies, they somehow manage it to be the worst in that. No WFH, you'll have to come to office 5 days a week. Sometimes weekends too(at least 3 days a week). Worst leave policy. There are many restrictions in using leaves. You can not even take casual leaves as you wish. Sometimes managers will threaten you they won't approve leaves even if you apply and you will loose your pay. And HR people will be happily watching this and encouraging them to torcher more. Total biased management and managers. No skills. People above you won't have any proper code knowledge or at least basic knowledge about the project. They just expect you to know everything on the first day and somehow finish the work magically within their unrealistic deadline. If you go higher the hierarchy, people will be more idiotic. No work life balance. They expect you to work for at least 10- 12 hrs a day. They expect you not to have any personal life. If you question any of these things to managers or HR , you'll be fired in the next firing spree.
