Pros
Great work-life balance, where you have the autonomy to do the work at your own hours. You do have core hours, during which you need to be present, but you can juggle the hours outside these core hours.
Cons
Total disconnection between HQ and RD. Lack of alignment, you often propose ideas to HQ, and they end up trashing them without proper constructive feedback. Just to realise that 2-3 years down the line, the exact same ideas you proposed have been implemented by another team in HQ .
