Pros

Samsung makes great products... This was an opportunity to work on a very good set of products for a well respected company. I absolutely have no regrets as far as working for Samsung. The people I worked with were awesome, and overall it was a very positive experience.

Cons

There was a lot of political infighting amongst the different engineering groups. They would have "Brainstorming" meetings at times that were commonly referred to as "Blamestorming". The management could be quite difficult to work with at times, almost confrontational. Still, I would work for Samsung again in a second.

Great atmosphere, everyone is very willing to teach and share knowledge. perks like food, campus, etc are really nice too!

Honestly didn't experience any cons!

Pros

Decent pay, good team, delicious food, good coffee machines

Cons

Bad leadership from HQ, people get fired randomly, frequent budget cuts, not enough compute resources for research, 5-day in-office, HQ leaderships do not listen and do not have clear direction/vision.
