Pros
The building, and many of the individuals who work at the main campus. Benefits are very good, and the Wellness program is excellent. It doesn't make up for the Cons....
Cons
HQ is completely out of touch with US business practices and pay. This leaves the local team to manage retention, but there are no approved tools. Pay is okay, but no equity; promotions and pay increases cannot be effected outside of the annual cycle. Everyone in the US was recently demoted, because an Engineer in Korea with the same education & experience is more important than the same education and experience in the US. Promotions and opportunities are extraordinarily political.
