Cons
* Don't kid yourself, there is no life if you join this company. I thought people were exaggerating when they said to me "be prepared to work hard". I was wrong. Be prepared to die working. * No incentives to work hard either, absolutely no recognition for good work, promotions are hard to come by, cash incentives are reserved for those who make cartloads of money already. * Poor management styles across the board. People leave managers, not companies (in this case, you would leave because of both) * TOO MANY KOREAN EXPATS in leadership roles. These people would not even qualify to be a normal worker in other companies, but they are in senior roles here! * KOREAN style of thinking and doing business, along with a propensity to break the rules and go against ethics a lot. * No power to make any local decisions, Korea runs the show. Bottomline: IF YOU ARE THINKING OF JOINING HERE, STAY AWAY!
