Good base salary on paper but without stocks its not even average
Cons
They dont share technology advances, design. They dont give access to code for the project you are working on. Only take ideas, designs, code. After accomplishment of these all credit will go to HQ or executives or peer natives dispatched from HQ. Horrible politics, ideas get stolen to HQ in other country, No use of higher base salary, when one come to know credit for work goes to other people in HQ. Feels miserable that devices gets scanned regularly sometimes personal, daily activities being watched closely rather than focusing on technical work.
