Pros
The benefits are good, as well as the retirement matching. Leadership is solid and is doing their best. Administration and especially the CEO really cares about the employees and have occasionally provided bonuses based on a percentage of salary or years of service. This is a nice gesture! The culture is friendly and most of the staff working there genuinely care about patients and people in the community. No company is perfect, but this one constantly strives to fix mistakes and implement processes to make things better.
Cons
The environment is fast paced with employees doing more than what is on their job description. Most of the buildings/offices are old and need renovated. The elevator is constantly breaking. The budget is very tight, but that's to be expected with a non-profit in healthcare.
