Pros

All the teams are highly cross functional, so one can learn a lot outside his expertise area and also move around in different teams. Good place to start as fresh grad and get a good insight in the industry so later one can decide which focused field you want to pick.

Cons

Career growth is fully dependent on your reporting manager, If your manager doesn't support your growth then unfortunately you will be stuck in your place for a long time. Make sure you communicate to your manager about your expectation and your career plan.

Good culture and lots of younger folks working here that makes it fun. Rotation opportunities exist and make it possible to learn in many different teams.

Cons

There used to be excellent managers and directors who were able to mentor the teams and bring about good results. With all the attrition and lack of recognition it is not a fun place to work
