The pay and bonus structure doens't match up with the work people are being asked to do. There are no merit based raises, so the people who do the bare minimum and skate by get the same bonuses and the same raises and bonuses as the people who work their butts off practically kill themselves to take up the slack. No tuition reimbursement.
