Nice place to work, great employee culture - Anonymous employee SanMar Employee Review

There's really a lot of nice people at SanMar. Hands down this the best place I've ever worked. At some companies, departments like IT, HR, Payroll, or Sales don't have time for you and can be stuffy and not helpful when you need something, but not here. Employees matter and management cares. It's common to see the owners in the cafeteria w/ everyone else at lunch time.
