Pros
I loved working at Sanmar and truly miss it everyday. I had two daughters pass away and gained my Grandchildren to raise and had to quit and tried working for myself to spend more time with them. If I did not feel I had to, I would have never quit.
Cons
Not knowing your schedule until the day of or the day before. Very difficult when you have small children.
