Pros
SanMar is a great place to get into account coordinator or account executive roles. The product training is fairly intensive while the training varies from session to session. Training is ongoing to keep employees abreast of the continuously changing product.
Cons
Sometimes communication from upper management becomes a block to creating a productive space. The communication sometimes does not happen where it could. For the most part an attempt is made.
